• We will send your packages to your default address in Puerto Rico using the default shipping method specified in your account. • All packages processed immediately upon receipt for shipment on the next business day. We do not hold packages for consolidation with future shipments as we are not freight consolidators.

More About Payment Options

We offer two payment options:

Pay-As-You-Go option via PayPal: You will receive a PayPal invoice via email every time a package is received on your behalf at our warehouse. Simply click on the payment button in your email invoice. This action will take you directly into PayPal’s website to process the payment using your credit card or bank account—you don't even need a PayPal account. Your packages will be processed for shipment after your payment has been processed at the PayPal website.

Automatic Payment via credit card: Your payment will be automatically processed via your credit card on file (up to the limit specified in your account) every time a package is received on your behalf at our warehouse. Your packages will be processed without any intervention on your part.

 For each shipment, you will be billed a Total Charge comprised of our low handling fee (click here for rates), the carrier’s shipping fee, and Signature-Confirmation™ fee. Additionally, there may be optional fees resulting from requests for insurance or faster delivery. We will never charge you more than what the carrier actually charge us. This is our Promise to YOU!

During registration, you will be asked to set a per shipment dollar limit, which is the amount we are authorized to automatically charge your credit card on file. If the Total Charge goes over this pre-set limit, then you will receive notification via email requesting authorization to charge this higher than usual amount to your credit card on file. Please note that this additional authorization process may delay your shipment. but it will also give you the peace of mind by giving you control over the cost and allow you the option of using a lower priced option than what you specified in your account.

More About Special Requests

Special Requests are notifications to our warehouse on how to handle a specific package or set of packages. These requests are submitted via the Special Requests section within your account profile and must be done before the package arrives at our warehouse. Special Requests allow you to specify the following:

• Delivery Recipient Name
• Delivery Address
• Insurance Coverage (If Needed)
• Shipping Method (Standard, Overnight)
• Special Handling Instructions

While completing your online purchase, please follow these simple guidelines during checkout:

Package Size and Weight Limitations

If your package meets the weight and/or size limitations of the USPS, then we will always use our discounted commercial rates with them to send your shipment to Puerto Rico.
If you suspect that the package will exceed the weight and/or dimensions listed below, then please contact us in advance to obtain a free quote for shipment via an alternate shipping method and company.This is particularly applicable when purchasing large items such as but not limited to TVs, desktop computers, bedding, furniture, etc.

As indicated below, the USPS offers three shipping options and, for each method, the shipping rates are calculated according to the actual weight (weight of item + weight of packaging) and/or dimensional weight (combination of length, width, and height), whichever is greater:
