In case a package is returned to our facilities as a result of an error made by Nina Sofia Trading Inc while processing the package, we will cover the costs for the re-shipment of the package and insurance if initially purchased, via the shipping method originally chosen by the customer. The handling fee will not be refunded.
When there is a delay in delivery by the carrier. In this case, Nina Sofia Trading Inc. is not responsible for fulfilling any refunds to the customer.
Additionally, with the exception of USPS Express Mail, no refunds are given by the USPS for delayed deliveries as all delivery dates are estimated dates and not actual commitments. Only in the case of USPS Express Mail, customers who do not receive their shipment on the promised delivery date via this method may be entitled to refunds directly from the USPS. For packages lost while in transit with the USPS, the customer must have purchased insurance to cover the value of the contents of the package.
Nina Sofia Trading Inc. is not responsible for lost shipments while in transit with the USPS.
For claims regarding insured packages, please contact us to process the claim. Regardless of whether or not insurance was purchased, the handling or shipping fees will not be refunded for lost packages.
